headspace works really hard to provide the types of support that young people really want and the YRG is essential to ensuring our services and events remain relevant to young people.

The Youth Reference Group is a group of young people between the ages of 16 and 25, who  provide input and feedback into the governance and operation of headspace Geraldton on topics such as quality of care, service delivery, community engagement and promotion.

Being part of the YRG is a great opportunity to:

  • Meet other motivated young people
  • Have your awesome ideas heard
  • Receive fantastic training, mentoring and support
  • Grow your personal and professional skills
  • Potentially participate in state and national level
    engagement events
