Peerspace
Created, designed and delivered by peer workers, Peerspace group combines discussions of lived mental health experience with psychoeducation around a wide range of topics, customized for what each young person is interested in exploring.
Some topics include body image, dealing with change, anxiety, shame and guilt, boundary setting and more. With 24 topics to choose from, no two groups look the same, and each week is broken up by social opportunities and arts and craft activities.
This group is perfect for anyone who wants to share their perspective and meet like-minded young people, all while learning about many different topics and developing a diverse toolkit of coping strategies. Currently divided into two age ranges, 12-16 and 17-25.
Brainspace
A new program created together with our Youth Futures Crew. It’s a chill, low-sensory group space for neurodiverse young people - and you don’t need a diagnosis to join in. The program explores things like relationships, life skills, and managing emotions, all from a neurodiverse perspective. With a mix of lived experience and evidence-based ideas, Brainspace is a group made by neurodiverse young people, for neurodiverse young people!
