EMBRACE! Group

EMBRACE! is a relaxed, safe and inclusive space for young people aged 12-25 years who identify as LGBTQIA+, are questioning, or are allies. It's a place to connect with others, feel supported and have fun.

During these sessions we will get creative through a range of activities and explore meaningful discussions around identity, community and support. 

Topics are youth led and may include coming out, gender and sexual identity, self-care, building resilience, navigating relationships and mental health and wellbeing. 

EMBRACE! promotes self-empowerment, community and advocacy - supporting young people to embrace their authentic selves. 

When: 

• Thursdays, 4pm - 5.30pm

Ages: 

Sessions run on alternate weeks for: 

• 12 - 17 years
• 18 - 25 years
