headspace knows the cost of living is hard for young people right now. Young Australians are being forced to give up essential items like fresh food as the cost of living has them pinching every penny, with products like fresh fruit now becoming a luxury.

That’s why we have partnered with foodbank to host a FREE cooking class !

Join us for an informative and interactive cooking session on healthy eating, brought to you by headspace Fremantle and Foodbank. We will then all sit down and share the food together with the group and new friends!

This program is great for all levels of cooking experience – even if you don’t know how to boil an egg.
