We understand COVID-19 and its impacts are creating feelings of uncertainty in the community.

headspace wants young people and families tknow that we are here to support their mental health.

In response to COVID-19 and the rapid spread of variants, headspace Fremantle is transitioning from in person to phone and online services. This step has been taken to ensure the safety of young people, family and friends, and staff working in the centre. We will continue to offer individual services to young people with delivery through phone and online options such as video conferencing which enables a face-to-face approachPhone and onlincounselling are proven to be effective methodof service delivery.

You can access support via phone and online service, eheadspace, open 9am 1am (AEST) 7 days a week for a 1-on-1 chat with a trained clinician.

You can also get in touch with your local Gto talk through support options in your area.
