headspace Cooma is linked to headspace Bega which is a service tailored for the local community.
headspace Cooma provides youth friendly, free support for young people aged 12-25 and their families.
headspace Cooma is a low to moderate service that focuses on early intervention.
We provide support and information regarding health and wellbeing including mental health, physical and sexual health, education and employment and alcohol and drug services.
You do not require a referral from doctor, however having a GP involved in your care is recommended. You can also be referred by a family member, friend, school or another service provider.
Dietician
Services include individual nutrition assessment, counselling, care planning and advocacy to improve nutrition outcomes for young people aged 12–25 accessing headspace services.

headspace Cooma is linked to headspace Bega and operated by Grand Pacific Health. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, Coordinare.

Mental health workers – which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and other workers – that can help if you're just not feeling yourself.
Nutrition screening, dietary assessment and education about food and lifestyle, also support around healthy eating strategies.
Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with any alcohol or other drug concern.
