Mental Health Master Class

headspace Bega is now offering Mental health Master Classes!!

The Mental Health Master Class (MHMC) is an evidenced-based program that aims to equip young people with the skills to explore their mental health in a group environment.

Currently these classes are delivered by a headspace Bega clinician & youth counsellor to students at Eden & Bega High. So far the feedback from student's attending has been really positive.
