At headspace Ballarat, our groups are free and designed specifically for young people aged 12–25.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage early expressions of interest.
A social group for neurodivergent young adults (18–25 years)
Neurospace is a welcoming social club designed to provide a safe and inclusive space for neurodivergent young adults to build connections and friendships.
Over six weeks, we explore identity and creativity through:

Collaging

Creating mood boards

Expressing individuality in a relaxed, supportive environment
This group focuses on connection, creativity and community.

It is a safe, social space focused on building connection through fun and accessible activities for young people aged 12–17 who identify as either LGBTIQA+, neurodiverse, or both.
