The team at headspace Ashfield is thinking of all those across our region and beyond who may have been affected by the tragedy that occurred at Bondi Junction over the weekend. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of those who lost their lives, and our thoughts are with them.
It is natural to feel shock, fear, anger and sadness during these times. We recognize the profound toll that these incidents can take on our mental wellbeing, and encourage everyone to prioritise their mental health and to seek out help if needed. If you or someone you know is struggling to cope with these feelings, please know that there is always someone to talk to and that there are a range of support services available to help during these times.
