Christmas Care Guide: Closure dates and Mental wellbeing
Hey everyone! Just a heads-up that headspace Armadale will be closed from Wednesday 24th Dec 2025 until Thursday 1st January 2026 and we will be re-opening on Fri 2 Jan 2026.
We hope you all have a safe, fun and restful festive season!
Even though our centre is taking a break, you can still get support through eheadspace — available online and by phone.
Take care and we will see you in the new year!
Looking after your mental wellbeing helps you feel more grounded, handle tough moments, and bounce back when things don’t go to plan. When you take care of your mental health, it’s easier to stay connected, get through school or work, and manage the day-to-day stuff.
So, take a moment for yourself.
Breathe.
Check in with how you are feeling.
You deserve support, rest, and space to recharge.
