headspace Batemans Bay & headspace Narooma are recruiting for the 2026 Youth Reference Group (YRG)!

The Youth Reference Group is made up of young people aged 16–25 who want to have a say in youth mental health and wellbeing across the Eurobodalla.

headspace is a service for young people, so youth voices are essential. The YRG helps make sure our centres stay youth-friendly, inclusive and reflective of what young people actually need.

Are you:

• Aged 16–25 and passionate about youth mental health and wellbeing?

• Interested in having your voice heard and creating change in your community?

• Keen to gain experience, skills and confidence?

• Looking to meet new people and get involved in events and projects?

What does being part of the YRG involve?

YRG members support the planning, direction and delivery of headspace Batemans Bay and headspace Narooma by:

• Sharing feedback on services, programs and youth experience

• Helping shape youth-led events, activities and initiatives

• Supporting community events and school engagement

• Contributing to social media and youth-friendly content

• Working alongside other young people to co-design projects and resources
