Centre Manager - Mount Barker

This position is critical to the organisation and will be part of the MMGPN Management Team. This is a newly created positionb to provide dedicated focus to Mt Barker (rather than being split across 3 locations).

The primary purpose of the Centre Manager is to ensure that the whole center is managed in an efficient, effective and client-friendly manner that is consistent with and supportive of the clinical and operational objectives. 

The headspace Centre Manager has direct leadership and management responsibility for the Clinical Team Leader and operational line management of the team, ensuring the delivery of clinical services are in line with MMGPN and headspace operational and clinical governance policy and PHN contractual requirements. 

Clinicians will report to the Clinical Team Leader and headspace clinical staff as needed.
