Is this the role for you?

headspace is looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to support  stakeholder engagement in defining and documenting data and reporting needs. Reporting to the Engagement and Support Lead, your role is primarily that of a business interface.  You are the ‘go to’ for engaging with key stakeholders to identify, analyse, build and deploy data and reporting solutions.  Working within a dynamic group of mental health professionals, your role supports implementation of data and reporting projects within agreed time, scope and budget.

Who are you?

You bring to the table a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline and related industry experience, paired with an exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the Executive team and government agencies.  As the conduit between IT and the remainder of the organisation,  you are able to translate abstract information into high quality organisational requirements, to produce creative data visualisations and intuitive graphical reports that are easily understood, and you will also assist in solution design and delivery of data and analytical projects. Your tools of the trade include reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI and you are well versed in using SQL/T-SQL in a data analysis capacity.

Adopting a continuous improvement approach, you will contribute to leading projects that seek to enhance the services we provide.  Naturally curious, you will display highly developed organisational and time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

What we offer in return

In return we offer a flexible and dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to truly make a difference to young Australians. Competitive remuneration is offered, dependent on skills and experience, and includes generous salary packaging opportunities.
