Support for binge eating 

Brief BEeT (Binge Eating eTherapy)

headspace and InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders have partnered to bring Brief BEeT to young people aged 16 to 25 years old. 

Brief BEeT is a free and confidential online program for people who are living with binge eating. It includes 4 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) online modules which are completed over a period of four to eight weeks at a time convenient to you. 

The program can be done by yourself online, or with the support of a trained headspace clinician.

Parenting learning modules

Partners in Parenting

Partners in Parenting is a free online learning program for parents and carers of young people aged 12 to 18 years old. 

Developed by Monash University, the program offers 10 modules, involving interactive activities, educational information, videos, quizzes and goal-setting exercises: 

  • Build the skills, confidence and understanding to support a young person when challenges arise. 
  • Learn about common parenting challenges, like communication, managing strong emotions, boundaries, conflicts and more. 
  • Receive tailored feedback
