Our Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is for young people aged 15 – 25 who want to build skills, share ideas, meet other people, plan events and lead or join fun projects. Basically, anything to promote the good work headspace does!

Join the council to meet regularly or just get involved in a single project. The choice is yours. How much time you can commit is up to you. Check out the membership options below. We can’t wait to do great things together!
