headspace Day 2025 event

headspace Tamworth celebrated National headspace Day on Friday the 10th of October at the Local Skate Park. 

 

The Tamworth Community was out and about on Friday the 10th of October, specifically at our Tamworth celebration for National headspace Day.

We had local services, Activities, Inflatables, Free fairy floss, free chips and drink combos, free zooper doopers, free popcorn, free face painting, a burger van and live music from Matt Barratt Music. 

This event has been planned and produced with the headspace Tamworth Youth Reference Group!

 

 

The event ran at the local Skate Park from 11:00am - 4:00pm with a consistent crowd of families, Young People and locals. The theme for this years headspace day is "make space" which was proudly promoted at the headspace tent with headspace day merch and resources as well as advertisement of the IPS work and study program.
