headspace Sunshine is wrapping up 2025 a little early, as our centre will be closing at 1pm Wednesday 24th December 2025 and will reopen at 9am Monday 5th January 2026. 

During this time, headspace is still here for you. You can get support for your mental health by accessing the below services, which are available throughout the holiday period. If you or someone you know is in crisis and need urgent assistance, please call emergency services on 000. 

eheadspace
You can connect with an eheadspace mental health clinician 1-on-1 for free through online chat or email, from 3pm-10pm every day.

Kids Helpline
Free 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5-25.

13YARN
Free 24/7 phone support for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community.

Switchboard
