At headspace Shellharbour we provide a range of services for young people aged 12 - 25 for things that might be affecting your health and wellbeing.

We can assist with:

  • Mental health
  • Alcohol and other drug services
  • Bullying and relationships
  • Education, employment, and training services
  • School and work issues

To find out about all the services available – or to make an appointment – you can call, email or drop in.

You can also ask a friend or family member, health worker or other community service to make an appointment for you.

We offer appointments in person, by video or by phone.

headspace Shellharbour is operated by Grand Pacific Health. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, South Eastern NSW.

Services

If you live near our headspace centre in a rural area but cannot travel in to see us, you can see our mental health workers online.

Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with any alcohol or other drug concern.

Mental health workers – which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and other workers – that can help if you're just not feeling yourself.

Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with work or study opportunities.
