You're invited to headspace Parramatta's Open Day Event!

We're holding a FREE event for all community members to visit our headspace centre, meet our team and connect with other local services.

It'll be a great way to see what supports are available within the community including culturally diverse-friendly services.

We'll have free food, activities, music, and the opportunity to create your very own self-care toolkit to take home!

A lucky door prize winner will also be up to win a $250 gift card.
