Hey there, we've got an exciting challenge, and we would love you to be a part of it!!
Instructions for Wellbeing Socials Challenge
- Each day of October there is a socials challenge on Instagram and Facebook
- Check the calendar to see what today’s activity is.
- Follow, like, comment, repost and create your own content to generate points, we’ll take note of these interactions and count each one as a point.
- The person with the most points at the end of the month will win prizes, there are multiple prizes up for grabs.
Why you should join us!
- Good mental health and wellbeing allows us to live our lives in a positive and meaningful way.
- Keeping good mental health involves building mental fitness, it can help you keep on top of things and get the most out of each day.
- Focusing on yourself each day, even if it’s for 5 minutes will improve your overall mood and wellbeing.
Prizes include:
- Something for frozen yogurt lovers
- Something for the sporty type
- Some book lovers merch!
- Self-care items
