Meet Rob – Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Youth Peer Practitioner
As National Reconciliation Week comes to a close, we’re proud to spotlight a valued member of our headspace Marion team - Rob (he/him), our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Youth Peer Practitioner.
Rob brings lived experience, cultural knowledge, and genuine warmth to the work he does with young people in our community. Whether providing one-on-one support or running group sessions, Rob supports young people with a wide range of wellbeing needs, helping them feel heard, safe, and empowered on their mental health journey.
Here are a few fun facts to get to know Rob a little better:
- Pronouns: He/Him
- Favourite Colour: Purple
- Favourite Food: Sushi
- Favourite Footy Team: Brisbane Broncos (NRL)
- If he had a superpower? Time manipulation!
Rob has been part of the headspace Marion team for many years, and we’re incredibly lucky to work alongside him. His connection to community and passion for supporting young people are just some of the many reasons he’s such an important part of what we do.
