Pop in on the date below that best suits you or get your jab when you come in for your appointment - it only takes about 15 minutes!

Immunisations are available on: 

• Tuesday, 15 April from 9am
• Tuesday, 29 April from 9am

1. Bring a copy of your Medicare card if you can

2. You don't need to be checked in or an active client of headspace

3. We can have a chat about catching up on any other immunisations if you've missed some from school!
