Players from the Hawthorn Football Club recently visited headspace Hobart to launch our new Community Partnership. 

The partnership aims to increase the number of young people who are seeking support for their mental health at Headspace Centres.

The next day, a group of players joined our Community Health Educator and a yoga teacher at a session for students at Cosgrove High School.
