If you, a loved one, or a friend is going through a tough period, we encourage you to book an intake appointment with us to start your journey toward support and care.

You might be wondering, what is an intake?

An intake is your first appointment with us, during which we’ll discuss your recent experiences and work together to create a treatment plan. You'll meet with a warm and friendly Youth Access Clinician for about 60 minutes. During this session, you'll be asked various questions to ensure all important issues are covered, enabling us to develop the best care plan for you.

Do I need a referral? Is there a cost?

No! Intake's are FREE and no referral's are required. You will require a MHCP if you progress to seeing one of our clinicians for therapy.

To book an appointment, please call us at (02) 9114 4100. One of our friendly receptionists will take your details, ask a couple of screening questions, and find the earliest available date for you.

Service professionals will need to fill out a SPRF.
