How to access support services at headspace Fremantle

headspace Fremantle offers free and confidential support services for young people aged 12-25. 

Young people can self-refer or be supported by their school or GP to complete a referral. 

A self referral can be completed via a short phone call with our friendly reception team, where they will take down your contact details, consents and an emergency contact.
