Supporting Young People on Their Pathway to Purpose
A few weeks ago, our Work and Study team had the fantastic opportunity to connect with young people participating in the Pathways to Purpose program, proudly run by the City of Playford and Workskil Australia.
Hosted at The Precinct in Davoren Park, our team members - Rose, Shauna, and Sam - delivered a hands-on workshop focused on building confidence, strengthening communication skills, and managing stress in the workplace. The session offered practical tools for young people to navigate employment spaces with more confidence and clarity.
The group engaged in interactive activities that helped bring workplace communication to life, with opportunities to reflect on wellbeing and explore simple grounding exercises.
It was a great experience and a reminder of the value of creating safe, strengths-based spaces where young people can explore their potential and grow their skills.
We’re grateful to our partners and the young people who took part, and we’re already looking forward to future opportunities to support youth mental health and wellbeing across our local community.
