headspace Eden is linked to headspace Bega which is a service tailored for the local community.
headspace Eden is committed to providing support to young people aged between 12 - 25 to access support for:
- Mental Health (either face to face or online)
- Alcohol and other Drugs
- Vocational Work and Study support
We also offer support to family and friends.
There is no charge for any of our service streams, but we do encourage getting a Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP before accessing the service.
Headspace Eden is an outpost of headspace Bega, if we are not open you will be directed to headspace Bega.

headspace Eden is linked to headspace Bega and operated by Grand Pacific Health. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, South Eastern NSW PHN.
