Please join us for a yarn as well as activities for headspace day 2025. 

This year we are making space for Mental Health, Community and Young Voices. So get ready for an Epic Celebration! 

Join us for an unforgettable day packed with:
- Fun Zone: Nintendo Wii gaming showdowns, hilarious photobooth moments, and a live band to get you grooving! 
- Creative Corner: Craft your own friendship bracelets, contribute to our vibrant community mural, or unwind in our chill-out room with mindful colouring.
- Foosball Frenzy: Show off your skills on our foosball table and enjoy other awesome games 
- Inspiring Insights: Hear from local MPs Hon Emma McBride, Mr Jerome Laxale, New Horizons, Sydney North Health District and headspace reps about what matters most
- Swag Bag: Score some amazing free merchandise goodies! 
- Food & Cake Galore: Savor delicious eats and headspace treats 
- Centre Spotlight: Take a tour of our shiny new digs and explore all the exciting possibilities
