join us to celebrate headspace Day 2025!

Saturday 25 October | 2–5pm | headspace Caloundra

This free event is for young people aged 12–25 and will transform our centre into a unique, multi-room experience filled with fun and creativity.

Each space will become its own world of activity, including:

  • A glow and create art studio
  • A silent disco room
  • A mini movie theatre
  • A print-your-own tee station and more!

Plus, enjoy free food and plenty of good vibes all afternoon.

The event is all about celebrating headspace Day and making space for what matters most.
