Groups
Did someone say free groups?
We offer groups for young people to learn new skills, learn more about yourself, or just connect with like-minded people. Feel supported and have fun!
The Vibe Tribe
A safe and welcoming space for young people ages 12-16 to hang out, create, play and connect with others. Whether you identify as LGBTQIA+, questioning, or an ally to the community, there is a place for you here.
What to expect:
- crafting and creating
- board games
- just connect and meet new friends
- hangout at your own pace
There is no pressure to participate in activities, come as you are and join in as you feel fit to.
When: Fortnightly on Mondays 3:30-4:30pm
Where: headspace Caloundra, 67 Bowman Rd Caloundra
Bring: Just yourself!
The Self Space
Across The Self Space (ages 18-25), we’ll explore what self-care really looks like and build practical tools you can actually use in everyday life. The group is relaxed, welcoming, and focused on helping you feel more balanced, confident, and supported. The workshops are drop-in friendly, attend one session or as many as you like!
Each week we’ll cover topics such as:
- Understanding the fundamentals of self-care
- Creating personalised self-care plans
- Coping strategies for stress and overwhelm
- Practicing positive self-talk
- Gratitude and wellbeing activities
- Managing workload, time, and competing demands
Date & Time: Thursdays, 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Starting Thursday 12th March
Workshops go for 6 weeks, with a 1-week break over mid-semester/Easter
Location: headspace Caloundra, 67 Bowman Rd Caloundra
Dungeons and Dragons
Come and try out our D&D group (ages 12 - 17) — where dragons exist, your character can be a sarcastic elf obsessed with gaming, where nobody bats an eye if you show up dressed like you’re ready for a Renaissance fair (because honestly, that’s encouraged).
What to expect:
-
A chill, relaxing and safe space, for yourself and for your characters
-
Absolutely zero pressure to know the rules (we’ve everything you need, including people who will explain what “roll for initiative” means)
-
The chance to invent a whole new persona and cause just the right amount of chaos
-
No trolls — unless they’re on the map and trying to eat you
When: Fortnightly on Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm
Where: headspace Caloundra, 67 Bowman Rd Caloundra
Bring: Yourself. (And maybe a notebook if you want to get fancy)
