Wide Bay Sugar Pop Con 2025

We had the pleasure of partnering with Wide Bay Sugar Pop Con, Bundaberg’s new safe and inclusive pop culture event. From cosplay parades and sword-fighting, to gaming, books, movies and much more, it was such a vibrant and fun day!

We were proud to provide a Sensory Space to offer a quiet, calming area for attendees who needed a break from the excitement, and we loved seeing how it was used and appreciated.

A big thank you to our incredible YEC members Erin, Joyce, CJ, Whit and Jorja for helping out on the day, and to Nyesha for helping us go shopping and pick out all the sensory-friendly goodies.

We’re really looking forward to seeing Wide Bay Sugar Pop Con become an annual event for Bundaberg. We're already excited for the next one!
