Celebrating Our Youth Reference Group on National Volunteer Day

This National Volunteer Day, we want to take a moment to recognise and celebrate the incredible young people in our Youth Reference Group (YRG).

The YRG plays a vital role in shaping the way we support young people at headspace Box Hill. From offering advice on how to make our services more youth-friendly to leading events, sharing lived experience, and representing youth voices in our community, their passion, honesty, and leadership inspire us every day.

Volunteering takes time, energy, and heart — and our YRG brings all three in abundance. On this special day, we say a huge thank you to each and every member. Your contributions help make our centre more inclusive, compassionate, and connected.
