What Happens After a Referral?
-
Our team reviews the referral details.
-

-
We organise an initial appointment — this could be:
-
Single Session Support
-
Intake Assessment leading to up to 6 Youth Work sessions
-
Group programs or peer support
-
Parent & Carer Peer Support
-
We aim to make the process confidential, safe, and supportive for everyone involved.
