Grief and Loss Group
The Grief Centre of WA will be facilitating a grief and suicide support group commencing at headspace Armadale. The program is facilitated by the Grief Centre of WA and will be held at headspace Armadale on Tuesday afternoons 3:15pm - 4:45pm for 8 weeks. Inclusion criteria include: - Aged from 12 to 17 years - Experiencing grief or loss with: o The loss of someone from suicide o Suicidal thoughts and/or have attempted suicide This is a closed support group. -
Resource Packs for Schools
Each year, our Community Engagement Team visits local schools to meet with staff provide youth mental health resource packs. This is a great way for headspace Armadale to maintain relationships with school staff and provide up to date mental health information for staff, students, and parents. -

Hike for Health - Bush Walk events
headspace Armadale is situated on amazing country, and walking in nature and connecting to country can be a great way of clearing our mind, dealing with stress, and protecting our emotional wellbeing. We like to try and take groups out for bushwalks to teach these benefits, as a part of our Hike for Health events. HQ Space - LGBTIQA+ Hangout Sessions
HQ Space is a free drop-in space for young people aged 12 - 25 from the LGBTIQA+ community. The sessions are held at our centre, in the evening of the first Thursday of each month. You do not need to be a client to participate! -
Free Sexual Health Clinic
We have a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL Sexual Health Clinic at our centre, open from 2pm - 5pm every Thursday. This clinic is for 12 - 25 year olds, and you do not have to be a headspace client to access the service!
