13 Aug 2024 Each year, our Community Engagement Team visits local schools to meet with staff provide youth mental health resource packs. This is a great way for headspace Armadale to maintain relationships with school staff and provide up to date mental health information for staff, students, and parents.

30 Nov 2023 headspace Armadale is situated on amazing country, and walking in nature and connecting to country can be a great way of clearing our mind, dealing with stress, and protecting our emotional wellbeing. We like to try and take groups out for bushwalks to teach these benefits, as a part of our Hike for Health events. 11 Apr 2023 HQ Space is a free drop-in space for young people aged 12 - 25 from the LGBTIQA+ community. The sessions are held at our centre, in the evening of the first Thursday of each month. You do not need to be a client to participate!

11 Apr 2023 We have a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL Sexual Health Clinic at our centre, open from 2pm - 5pm every Thursday. This clinic is for 12 - 25 year olds, and you do not have to be a headspace client to access the service!
