The headspace day network brings together young Australians through community and government engagement as well as social media influences.

The headspace day theme for 2024 is pause, reflect, and reconnect these builds on the same theme from 2022. Pause, Reflect and Reconnect encourages young people to take time admits life’s struggles and challenges. An encourages them to reconnect with the things they love to do and something that is safe and works for them.

For headspace day 2024 at the Armadale centre we organised for a wall mural painted by a local Indigenous artist. The mural consisted of ideas and inspirations from local young people and included elements which made them happy. The artist then incorporated all ideas into one design, all local young people were given the opportunity to take part so that we could create and inclusive environment and activity and reiterate the headspace theme by reconnecting young people with the things they love to do.
