Independent Chair – headspace Shepparton (Voluntary)

headspace Shepparton is seeking an Independent Chair to lead its Consortium Advisory Committee.

The Consortium provides strategic advice to strengthen youth mental health services across primary care, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and vocational supports. The role is advisory (not governance), with governance remaining with Goulburn Valley Health.

About the Role

You will:

• Chair quarterly consortium meetings
• Support collaboration across local service partners
• Ensure young people’s voices are heard
• Promote strong governance practices and manage conflicts of interest

About You

You are:

• Independent of consortium member organisations
• Experienced in committee, board or governance leadership
• Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
• Well-connected within the community

Police Check and Working with Children Check (volunteer status acceptable) required.
