About

headspace Taree Referral Form

headspace Taree is an early intervention mental health service for 12 – 25-year-olds.

We are able to support young people with mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drug services, and work and study. We also host regular social and activity-based groups. There is no cost to access services at our centre.

Although our centre is located on the first floor of the building, we have a lift available to support easy access, as well as parking out the front and down along the river.

To make an initial appointment or to speak to someone and find out more, you can call us on (02) 6539 3440 or fill out our referral form and forward it on to our e-mail.

If you're not feeling up to contacting us yourself, you can ask a family member, friend, teacher, doctor or someone close to you to make the call with you or refer on your behalf. You can also drop in to the centre anytime during our opening hours.
