Take part in a fun run/sports event

You can take part in fun runs to raise awareness and funds of our work.

Hold a fundraising event to support headspace

To hold a fundraising event and all you need to do is complete and return the headspace Third Party Guidelines for Conducting a Fundraising Event relevant State or Territory. Please contact our fundraising team on +61 3 9027 0130 or you can email fundraising@headspace.org.au for further details.

headspace relies on the generosity and support of the community to deliver additional programs that enhance and complement the services we currently provide.

Online donation

You can make a secure online donation to headspace today.

  • A $20 donation could assist headspace to produce additional mental health and wellbeing resources to be distributed directly to young people and their families.
  • A $100 donation could enable headspace to support 660 young people and their families by producing fact sheets that provide information on a range of mental health issues

Occasional Gifts

You can make a donation to headspace in lieu of a gift to family or friends. We can provide you with a tailored receipt for the occasion whether it's a birthday, Christmas present, wedding gift or gift in memory. Leave a Bequest in your will

Leaving a bequest in your will can make a real difference to headspace and our work. By leaving a bequest to headspace, you will be helping young people across Australia get their lives back on track. headspace advises that you seek independent legal advice before changing your will and you should also seek advice on the correct wording to include. Volunteer

headspace is looking for some volunteers to help out at our water station at the upcoming Blackmores Sydney Running Festival on Sunday 20 September.

If you’re interested in helping us out and you don’t mind an early start, please to complete our volunteer expression of interest form. Thank you.

Additionally each one of our local headspace centres have many opportunities including youth reference groups, event assistance and youth program.
