Sometimes appointments need to be cancel and that could be for a bunch of reasons! We understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may come up. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling 02 6298 2920, emailing info@headspacetuggeranong.org.au or responding to your appointment text reminder.
Please give us as much notice as possible. Ideally, at least 24 hours. This ensures we can give your appointment time to someone else in need.
Please do not come into headspace Tuggeranong if you are unwell. If you come in sick, that'll likely make your clinician sick which will lead to many rescheduled appointments! Instead, call to reschedule or switch to a telehealth appointment.
Telehealth works the same as your regularly scheduled appointment except you can attend it from the comfort of your own bed!
