headspace Cowra is a youth-friendly FREE service for anyone aged between 12 and 25 years who are having a tough time, or would just like to improve their health and well-being.
headspace Cowra provides short-term services for mild to moderate difficulties, and is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know needs immediate crisis support, please dial 000 or visit your nearest hospital. You could also contact the 24 hour Mental Health assistance line on 1800 011 511.

headspace Cowra is operated by Marathon Health. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, Western NSW PHN.

Mental health workers – which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and other workers – that can help if you're just not feeling yourself.
A group of young people who help with events and some decision making at a centre. Ask your centre about getting involved.
If you live near our headspace centre in a rural area but cannot travel in to see us, you can see our mental health workers online.
Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with any alcohol or other drug concern.
