Our centre offers a holistic, fully integrated model of care, tailored to the needs and realities of young people in the Northwest. The passionate, diverse -and multicultural team at headspace Burnie is keen to support you on your wellbeing journey.
Are you or someone you know: feeling down, stressed or worried, wanting to talk about sexuality, gender identity or relationships? Finding it hard to deal with study or work? Wanting to cut down drinking or drug use? Wanting to discuss your physical health? Or anything else you might need support with?
Referrals
We accept referrals from multiple sources:
- Self referral: Fill out an online form or visit us in person (10 Mount Street, Level 1)
- Friends, family, and GPs can also submit referrals with the young person's consent.
Please note - A GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan are not required.
