Headspace Day Take 2
Since we had to cancel our headspace day picnic we are trying again. Young people 12-25yo are invited to join us to celebrate headspace day at our Christmas picnic in the park. We'll have a chill out picnic zone with snacks & tunes, as well as low key activities -
NAIDOC Week 2020
headspace and Grand Pacific Health have been leading a program with the Indigenous students at #braidwoodcentralschool Today two students were gifted possum skins to sew together for their soon to be born sister. Lauren from GPH shared about her time with elders this weekend - they talked through this traditional gift and how it is used and added to over their life. The whole group also produced a number of art pieces that will be entered into the school NAIDOC week art exhibition next week. -

Lets Talk About Jobs
Lets talk about jobs - A group for young people who are unemployed, or want to access more or different work. We'll chat about resumes & interview skills, how to keep your well-being whilst being unemployed, your rights as a worker, how to use your time effectively and keep motivated, and a space to chat with others about the things that are effecting you!
