Skills Workshops Term 4 2019
headspace Queanbeyan is running a series of skill-based workshops for young people aged 12-25 on a range of topics and they start 24th October. They will run for seven Thursday evenings at headspace and you may come to one, some or all workshops. The workshops are free but we ask that if you are interested that you let us know you are attending. -

Ed-Space coming up on Self Harm
Our Clinical Lead Vera Lloyd will be presenting a one-hour seminar on self harm and young people on 20th June 6-7pm. Please see the attached flyer for more details. All parents, teachers and friends of young people are welcome to attend. Please RSVP so we know numbers. -
Tuning in to Teens group for parents/carers
Tuning in to Teens is a structured 8-week program for parents and carers and teaches skills in responding to emotions that fosters closer parent-adolescent connection, and enhances emotional competence in both parents and young people.
