Feeling stressed or anxious about the HSC trial exams? This one's for you.
Let's face it - the exam period is stressful and can have an impact on your life. But the good news is that there are steps and actions that you can take to help alleviate some of that stress AND how a little bit of anxiety can actually be useful to you.
We've developed some workshops for young people to help prepare them for the HSC trial exams. We'll discuss what stress is and why it exists, help you understand what stress may look like or how it can play out and we'll also share some tips that have been proven to get you through the exams. With the help of our Youth Reference Group, we hope that you can walk away from these workshops feeling more hopeful and determined to get through it.
So, bring a friend along and let's get to it!
