Introducing our EDGE social Group

There are 22 young people in this group now. We work in partnership with Centrecare and Bega locally. We pick up young people from school and undertake an activity with them, and then drop them home after. This group has been beneficial for our young people wanting to make friends and connect with new people, as well as supporting their mental health. We have had new referrals into our one-one counselling through this group too, which has been great. 

Also, many thanks to Gareth our third-year social work student for teaching our young people how to make pancakes at our EDGE social group.
