This festival is a fun, practical and action oriented 3 days. It offers you the opportunity to work with others to identify and reframe the mental health challenges you are passionate about influencing. The hands on activities will help you visualize and brainstorm new possibilities, practically experiment with them, and test their usefulness in either your own life or the lives of people who experience mental distress.

The Flourish Festival of Ideas is not run as a traditional conference but more like a collective co-design hub.

We have designed a range of experiences that hopefully will appeal to your style of engagement. We will work mainly in small groups and come together in larger groups to share our ideas for future action.

Experienced facilitators to assist you will guide you and your group transform your ideas into practical action. Each session builds on from the previous sessions and therefore you are encouraged to attend them all.

It is not all work and no play. We have programmed time for you to do things to recharge your batteries, such as walking on the beach, kayaking, swimming, massage, team games etc.

Meals are provided and eating together provides a great environment to get to know new people and share stories of what you are working on with others.

A range of activities will be available for both early birds and night owls. More details will be provided later on these activities.
