headspace Hawthorn and Q-East host LGBTIQA+ young people's event
On July 12, headspace Hawthorn and the rest of the Q-East network hosted a catch-up for LGBTIQA+ young people in the eastern area. It was an awesome night of new friends, food and ideas about how we can work together to raise awareness and tackle stigma.
Charlie, a member of our Youth Advisory Group and a peer worker at Qheadspace chatted to the group about the importance of looking after their mental health and using their voices to support other LGBTIQA+ young people.
