Parent and Carer peer support group coming to headspace Geelong!
Barwon Health Carer Support is bringing Care Space to headspace Geelong. Care Space is a monthly group for Parents and Carers of a young person experiencing mental ill-health to come together, share and learn. -
Nicole's Story
Our valued and incredible Youth Future's Crew (YFC) member, Nicole, has recently joined the headspace Youth National Reference Group (hY NRG). Nicole has been a key member of our YFC during our partnership with VIVA Energy who funded leadership training for the group and supported their work in the community. Tuning into Teens
headspace and Barwon Child, Youth and Family are running a Free six week program for parents of adolescents. The Tuning in to Teens program is a six week course that assists you to help your teen develop emotional intelligence. -

YFC at SKAART 25/11/2018
Our YFC are taking the Street Surfer Bus to the SKAART Festival on Sunday the 25th of November! We will be making mindfulness jars, chatting to people about headspace and providing a space for you to chill out. Come along and join the festivities! The SKAART Festival will be running from 11am-2pm on Sunday Nov, 25th. -
Inflate Your Mind 2018
On Saturday October 27th the headspace Geelong Youth Futures Crew (YFC) joined with City of Greater Geelong’s FLUKE Group to run ‘Inflate Your Mind’; a festival for young people to raise awareness of mental health.
