UMM: Unique Message Makers

City of Ballarat Youth Services are seeking young people to be part of the UMM: Unique Message Makers project.

Get trained in facilitation, message making and specific media/communication tools and be empowered to create, develop and share what's important to you, learn new skills and share your knowledge with others as workshop facilitators.  Mediums include screenprinting, mini magazines, photography, art, music, dance & theatre. All transported from site to site in a fully equipped truck.

The Pop Up Space will tour local events & festivals, outlying areas, local hang outs & schools -  to engage young people and community. UMM will have its own events too – four a year featuring local musicians and mega message making workshops. The best bit?   Young people will roll it out!
