Share your true experiences

Did you know that there is a really simple way to help other people who are going through a tough time? We have created this page so that you can share your story with other young people to help them get through their own tough times.

Please note

headspace recognises that sometimes people need immediate help and support. The headspace website cannot provide you with specific counselling, crisis services or support. If you need immediate assistance please see Getting Help or call Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

headspace does not check for new stories over the weekend or on public holidays.

In 3000 characters or less tell us how getting help has made a difference to your life. Alternatively, you can submit a piece of artwork or a poem. We would like to include your first name, state and age in the details of the story, so please include these.

To submit your story we need you to register and become a ‘friend of headspace’, or if you are already a friend you simply need to log in.
